Chiropractic

Chiropractic manipulation is a therapeutic technique that involves the application of controlled force to the joints and muscles of the body. This technique is commonly used by chiropractors to treat musculoskeletal problems, such as back pain, neck pain, and headaches. Chiropractic manipulation is based on the principle that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that this process can be facilitated by manipulating the spine and other joints. Chiropractors use a variety of techniques, such as spinal adjustments, mobilization, and soft tissue therapy, to restore normal joint function, alleviate pain, and improve overall health.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is a form of hands-on therapy that involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. It is often used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments for various health conditions or as a means of relaxation and stress reduction. It's important to note that therapeutic massage should be performed by a trained and licensed massage therapist who has a good understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Before receiving a massage, it's advisable to communicate your goals, any health concerns, and preferences to the therapist to ensure a safe and tailored experience.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a type of alternative medicine based on the ancient traditions of Chinese medicine, in which special needles are used for stimulating specific points(meridians) in the body. Acupuncture is used worldwide to help patients suffering from a wide range of ailments.

Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses infrared light to create heat, rather than traditional hot rocks or steam. Infrared light is a type of electromagnetic radiation that is similar to visible light but has longer wavelengths, which means it is absorbed by the body as heat. Infrared saunas typically use special lamps or heaters that emit infrared light, which is absorbed by the body's tissues and causes them to heat up. The heat generated by the infrared light can penetrate deeper into the body than the heat generated by traditional saunas, which only heats the surface of the skin. Infrared saunas are often touted for their potential health benefits, which can include improved circulation, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, pain relief, and improved skin health.

“Dr. Tony is the best chiropractor around, seriously THE BEST!! I was referred to him years ago by a friend and have seen him on a regular basis ever since. I've made appointments for just about everything: your basic tune up, when I threw out my back a week before my destination wedding in Hawaii and couldn't walk (no joke thought I was going to have to use a cane to walk down the aisle), and most recently a car accident injury. His expertise is top notch and I'm always handled with care. It's comforting to know that after each session with Dr. Tony I'm going to leave in better shape than when I came in. Highly recommend!”
